4. Airport Pickup & Waiting Time

Customers are responsible for informing us about major flight changes or cancellations.
5. Free Cancellation Policy
Mathew Travel offers free cancellation for most airport transfer and city transfer bookings.
Free Cancellation Terms
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to partial charges.
- No-shows without communication may be non-refundable.
For tours or custom experiences:
- Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the activity.
- Special event bookings or customized services may require separate cancellation agreements.
To request cancellation, customers should contact us directly through WhatsApp or email.
